HAIHAN-IP introduction

    HAIHAN-IP is one of the professional IP law firms in Vietnam. The firm was etablished and recorded by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam in 2013. HAIHAN-IP provides clients with a full range of IP services to protect their patents, designs, trademarks, and related matters in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

    Located in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam - a city with beautiful infusion of Eastern and Western cultures, our office is in the same area with the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam) and the distance between the two offices is about 8 minutes walk. Therefore, it is very convenient for us to meet and interview with examiners for varied IP matters, and to invite clients’ representatives to the IP Vietnam for discussions with examiners in charge for any tough cases, if needed.

    Based on the experienced team of leaders, patent attorneys and supporting staff, our firm has grown successfully by handling both domestic and foreign intellectual property cases and has achieved a level of respect and success, within a period of time since its establishment.
