- Etablished: January 28, 2013 and the first office was located at the address of No. 24C, Lane 55, Chinh Kinh Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

- HAIHAN-IP was granted an intellectual property license from the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (The IP Vietnam) with the agent code of 174 on September 30, 2013. HAIHAN-IP's license can be viewed on the IP Vietnam's website (https://ipvietnam.gov.vn/).

- On March 06, 2015, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai was recorded as the representative of HAIHAN-IP.

- On August 01, 2015: HAIHAN-IP was relocated to the address of 12A Floor, Center Building Hapulico Complex, No. 1 Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

- On January 28, 2023: HAIHAN-IP celebrated 10 years of foundation.

- Since its foundation, HAIHAN-IP has been non-stop expanding its services.
