On March 5, 2025, representatives of HAIHAN-IP had a meeting, discussion, and dinner with Mr. Lee Jae Woo, CEO of DAMEERAE Co., Ltd. Korea, along with distinguished guests at Flamme Hanoi.
DAMEERAE Co., Ltd. Korea is a leading corporation specializing in research, development, production, and sales of nano turmeric products that promote brain health, vascular health, and flexibility through advanced patented technology. The company is currently interested in strengthening legal protection for its brands being distributed in Vietnam.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Lee Jae Woo, CEO of DAMEERAE Co., Ltd. Korea, Ms. SoHee, the representative of the distributor in Vietnam, Korean assistants, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, Managing Director of HAIHAN-IP, and Ms. Thai Thu Hoai, assistant to the director.
During the discussion, both sides exchanged views on mechanisms to establish and strengthen trademark protection systems to ensure legal security for products in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, urgent legal matters were discussed, aiming to gradually resolve the challenges that the company is currently facing.
At the end of the meeting, both parties reached an agreement on the key aspects of intellectual property protection in Vietnam and a plan to support the supplier in product implementation.
