Reissue trademark certificate

Under following circumstances, the trademark owner can request NOIP to reissue the trademark certificate:

- Trademark certificate was lost;

-Trademark certificate is damaged, torn, muddy or fade so that it is not possible to use the trademark certificate.

1. Document required:

- Request form;

- 05 samples of mark which are the same as the sample of the original certificate;

- Power of Attorney (POA) which is simply be signed by the trademark owner;

2. Time frame:

It takes from 2 to 4 months to accomplish the reissuance of a trademark certificate.
