On behalf of VIETNAM MILITARY MEDICAL UNIVERSITY and MIEN DONG SAI GON CLINICS CO., LTD., HAIHAN-IP filed a PCT application (the PCT application number is PCT/IB2021/052120) for Covid 19 Test Kit claiming priority of Vietnam patent application No. 1-2020-01505.
Covid-19 was found in Vietnam since March 2020. It was a bitter time to recall because HAIHAN-IP's office had to temporarily close from March to April 2020. Since then, our staff had to work from home until May 2020. Thanks to the great control of Vietnam Government, our office had resumed as usual since May 2020.
During the early time of the outbreak of Covid-19, VIETNAM MILITARY MEDICAL UNIVERSITY and MIEN DONG SAI GON CLINICS CO., LTD. contacted our firm for a patent application which was a patent for Covid 19 Test Kit. VIETNAM MILITARY MEDICAL UNIVERSITY has been well known as the leading government research organization with varied of patents in medical field. After working with the inventors, we believed that this patent had a great achievement and then the patent application was filed with Vietnam Patent Office on March 16, 2020. Nearly one year later, with the increasing demand of the products based on the patent, we were honor to represent the two applicants to file a PCT Application on March 15, 2021.
We now continue to discuss with the applicants to enter national phases where the products are going to be sold.
When handling this PCT patent application, our firm is so proud because a new technology and products based on it have been introduced to the world.
