An application for registration of an invention shall be announced in the nineteenth month from the priority date or from the date of filing of the application (if there is no priority date) or within two months from the date on which the application is approved as proper, whichever date is the later.
An application for registration of an invention in accordance with the Patent Co-operation Treaty (hereinafter referred to as a PCT application) shall be announced within two months from the date on which the application is approved as proper after it has entered the National Stage.
An application for registration of an invention which contains a request for early announcement shall be announced within two months from the date on which the National Office of Industrial Property accepts such request or from the date on which the application is approved as proper, whichever date is the later.
