Is there any difference in documents should be submitted for accelerating the examination between PCT application and non-PCT application?

There is no difference in documents should be submitted for accelerating the examination between PCT application and non-PCT application. The basic documents for such action are as below:
- An Office Letter for providing the grant information/examination results of foreign country application;
- Grant information (including grant claims - Vietnamese translation of grant claims is preferable) or favorable examination results of foreign country application both in local language and English.
