Our firm has conducted many patent clearance searches in Vietnam for clients in various technical matters. Following are the main steps that we usually do:
Step 1 of a patent clearance search in Vietnam:
- Analyse the Clearance Search Request;
- Use updated database.
Step 2:
- Search by technical terms or key words;
- Search by IPCs;
- Search by applicants.
Step 3:
Filter the search results.
Step 4:
Compare subject-maters of claims of the filtered patents to the target subject.
Step 5:
Prepare a final report to clients including professional opinions about the possibility of trading the target subject in Vietnam market.
