To conduct a patent search in Vietnam by applicant name, the searcher can open IPLib at http://iplib.noip.gov.vn to step by step process. However, to have the correct patent search result, the searcher should note that each word in the applicant name should be typed in one field, for example, the applicant name is “JP Steel Plantech”, the searcher should open three “Applicant Name” fields and type each word “JP”, “Steel”, “Plantech” in each “Applicant Name” field.
