The information a searcher can obtain when he conduct a Vietnam patent search by using Digipat websearch of NOIP are bibliographic data of the patent, its specification and claims granted.
However, the conducting a Vietnam patent search by using Digipat websearch can not obtain information about the current status of validity of Vietnam patent. In addition, all information the searcher can have is in Vietnamese. To know the status of a patent, the searcher should not use public database for conduct a Vietnam patent search.
